I seek to develop ways to individualize and intensify instruction to better meet the needs of students with learning disabilities in reading comprehension.

My Focus

I’m interested in learning disabilities in reading comprehension. I want to better understand why some students continue to struggle with reading, even after receiving evidence-based intensive interventions, and what can be done about it. Further, I want to empower teachers to meet the needs of all of their learners.
